Worst service ever!!!

I really haven’t had a good experience with Woolies financial service. I first app**** for a credit card, which a store cars was approved then declined. Waited for a month to apply again , store card approved instead of a credit card. App**** again after a month which was on the 05/11/22, declined again reason my credit score is low. Which is on 596. Initially when I app**** it was on 638. They inquired on my credit profile 6 times for only 2 application now tell me how can my score not go low. Now this needs to be rectified ASAP as I need my credit card urgently! You cannot be the reason for dropping my score then tell me that it’s because my score is low hence the declined.
