WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>I am very disgusted and dissappointed in the service i got from Woolworths Golden Acre Cape Town. I previously bought a trouser at woolie cavendish however the trousers tore. I made an exchange in woolies V&A where i got another pants.</p> <p> </p> <p>However when i wore this pants i noticed they were too tight. I then went to woolworths Golden Acre (which is close to me since i work in Cape Town CBD). i asked for a bigger size and all to find out the size i bought is the biggest one. They called their supervisor who first didnt even greet me, she told me that they will not take the pants back because it was worn.</p> <p> </p> <p>Those pants are still new i never worn then anywhere, my only crime was to fit me pants on. They told me i must go to V&A where i got the pants (in a rude manner).</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is, is Woolworths a franchise now? i am not allowed to return my good to a woolworths store that is convinient for me? the pants do not fit, what must i do with them?</p>
