WORST SERVICE EVER

Reported my temp account card is expiring on Sunday last week Friday already,I am now only receiving an e-mail saying .New card issued and WILL BE SENT TO STORE.So who knows how long that will take???In the meantime I ca't shop on account not even with my ID,talk about being unprofessional!
