Worst service ever!!!

I really had a worst service from Woolworths Financial Services. I have been calling the Woolworths Financial Services for over a week now and they are giving me the run around! All I need assistance with withdrawing funds from my credit card and every consultant I speak to says my profile is fine that there are no issues that they can see on their side but I'm left in the dark as to what's happening
