Worst service ever!

Woolworths blue valley mall centurion is the worst! Phoned them and spoke to 3 employees- they confirmed that they have the product I need. Drove all the way - came there.. no products! Asked the staff where is the products oh no they do not have it!! Try to complain to the manager was not helpful at all. When i walked away the staff just carried on laughing and standing around. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE
