WORST SERVICE!!!

So… I went to exchange my baby shower gift at Woolworths Liberty Promenade. To my surprise, I was told that my baby’s dress can not be exchanged as I do not have a receipt. I tried to explain to the lady that it was a baby shower gift and I unfortunately couldn’t ask for the receipt. She later told me that another reason why the dress can not be exchanged is that it has lost its value. I’m like”how”? She then told me they can exchange the dress for anything that costs 1cent. Yes… 1 cent. This is not the first time I am exchanging an item at Woolworths. But this has been so far the ****py service ever. I did not know that your goods lose value even without being worn. I’m very much disappointed in Woolworths.
