Worst service delivery ever!!!

My credit card was blocked due to fica docs not being submitted or lost by one of the cresta store employees, wanted to use the card couldnt use it, was declined 5 times at pick a pay, after being very embarrassed i had to use another card that had just enough funds to pay for the groceries i bought.called woolies head office said they found my docs and the card can be used in the next 15mins, told them i wanted compensation for their incompetence, was promised a coucher that i am still waiting for after 3 weeks of investigating&lt
