WORST SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE EVER!

WORST SERVICE & EXPERIENCE EVER! 2 different orders and received spoiled items and to date I haven’t received any refund! Today I’ve placed an order, I got a notification that order was delivered but when I went to Security gate there was no delivery! I phoned and they my phone was off hence they cancelled my order and can only refund me after 4-5 working days? WHERE AM I GOING TO GET MONEY TO BUY THE ITEMS I NEED IMMEDIATELY???
