Worst service at Woolworths Sandton and call centre

I had the worst service at Woolworths Sandton. I went to pay my store account on the 22 March 2019, to my surprise the amount of R2825.21 that I was paying for my store card was credited to the old Woolworths loan I had which is paid out.

I have been trying to sort this out by calling the ***number but I'm transferred to different departments with no luck of being helped. Trying to sort out the unnecessary mess they made.
