Worst Service 😡

I visited Woolworth promenade few minutes ago to return a shoe that was worn less than a month. The shoe rubber became soft and it goes down whenever worn. I was assisted by a manager named Bongo who told me that it is due to my weight, which made me feel descriminated because no where in the instructions does it say plus size should not wear the shoe. She refused my rights to speak to someone higher saying they need to take the shoe to their specialist and I will have to wait 3 weeks to get a feedback. What ****es me if is the fact that she can see that the rubber is rubber is soft but kept on telling me about my weight in front of people and the 3 weeks that I should wait. Despite me telling her I need to buy another shoe because that's my only shoe, she didn't not careless. My number is ***.
