Worst service

So when you walk into a Woolworths store you go in with a expectation to recieve exceptional service, emphaty, and quality. When you walk into a Checkers you basically just going in there to get what you want and maybe a smile on the cashier face. Well today I did not recieve what I expected to get from Woolworths in Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain Cape town.

I have gone into Woolworths to exchange my twin boys School takkies for the third time at the same store. Such a inconvenience. I went into the store Ashleigh, after she ask me first my My school card I gave hee my woolworths card and the my school is link, after a few minutes she ask me again for my school card I repeated myself and I sense a frustration cause she said she don't pick it up. Because of her silent attitude I was livid with anger and turned around and just laughed she walked over to her TL or something and I followed don't know what she said and I ask the lady can't they pick it up. She said no the cashier found it, no that the cashier didn't even advise me she found it.

I went to look for other takkies note this cashier turning red in her face, what should I take from that she is upset or something why dunno. On my return to the counter she is busy sanitizing hee counter bare in mind she not done with my transaction. Transaction done I'm still in the store. As I pass the counter I just see she swinging the shoes to the other cashier that was busy training another cashier.

I am livid with anger, this is the kind of service I experience at least a few times from the same store. I don't know what they think of their customers, the way some of them handle you responding back to you I won't even talk to a homeless person that way. I am sure if I should draw up a petition alot of you customers wil sign up cause the service I ****. I have logged a complaint on the 12 of September
