Worst service!

What has become of Woolworths?<br> <br> I closed my loan account on the 17/03 and requested a letter to that effect and was told it would take 2-4 working days. On Fri 20/03, I called the call centre and was promised that I would receive it by close of business on that day. Today 23/03, I still have not received this letter??<br> <br> Can I please be granted this request.<br> <br> Thank you!
