Worst service

<p>I went there to exchange and return clothes today and was assisted by a sales person by the name of Mathapelo, when I got to the till I said I'm here to do a refund and exchange. I have no idea how woolworths things work but she did the refund and left the stuff i was going to exchange. I thought that's how it's done she than asked what the shoes where for and I told her I'm exchanging them. She than started shouting at me, saying I didn't tell, I told her I did and she started mumbling some swear words as she did the exchange with an angry face. I have never experienced such rudeness I thought I should not argue with her since she is older than me. </p>
