I was undermined by a financial services employee at Woolworths East Gate shopping centre on Sunday 11/05/2025 by the name of Lulama, I did an application for a account online which was done approved going in to pick the card was made impossible by the lady as she requested and insisted for the hard copies so as I tried to explain to her that I was done with everything I only wanted the card she responded with bad attitude saying she would only help me with my documents at hand, fortunately I had the app and I used the virtual card to shop and the other stuff members helped me without issues which left me wondering why did she have to give me such a bad service on something that was so simple.
