Worst retailer in terms of repayments for loans and credit card!! Mxm

Woolworth card is becoming a *******...

I have been a client of woolies both revolving loan and credit card...

Recently i dont understand how their repayments work...

I have paid 10k and in the middle of the month i have made small payments via EFT since the beginning of this year as my personal plan is to get this arrears sorted but everytime i have done so after three days the money paid will be gone and i have done this many times up to this day...

But nothing seems to be coming right they take money like crazy instead of on the stipulated and date agreed upon...

I havent used the card for the past six months now but what ever i have paid goes out as if its a running tummy.

And their constant calls its just one ****en irritating institution i have never seen they can call you 20 to 30 times with different numbers by just jumping a day or once they have taken the money and it's reflecting overdue paying and not like you havent paid a month, seriously they need to change their attitude and the way they call a person even if they know we get paid once a month they still call you non stop this side call centre the other side lawyers...

Am really sick and tired of their damn calls and they need to fix their system its very bad with regards to the repayments...

And their protection plan is way too much they need to adjust i cant be paying R550 for what!!! if they irritating me with so much calls a day after they have taken everything in the card and i cannot utilize it at all...

Can someone look into this and stop harassing me please!!! I'm running a business and don't have time for their constant calls, at the end of the day I'll be charged for such nonsense calls!!! Nxa
