Worst Online Store Ever!

I had selected 20 items from the online store on 10 Feb 2017, my problems first started when I tried to checkout the items, I woud reach a point in the checkout process and the same page would reload everytime I clicked continue but there would be no error message. After wasting an enormous amount of time trying from a different internet connection, different device, etc. I eventually gave up. So my online experience had already become frustrating at this point.

So I wait until the next mornign when the call center is open and call them. I had to wait over 20minutes for an operator to answer, this added to my already high levels of frustration with Woolworths. Eventually the operator resolved the issue linked to my account and I was able to check out my items.

Then some (8 out of 20) of my items got delivered. But there was no correspondence from Woolworths on multiple deliveries, etc. After waiting a few days, I had to take the time to make contact with Woolworths to see what had gone wrong. I was then told that the other 12 items were not in stock.

Which left a me thinking how Woolworths is the first online store which does not track inventory? Even the smallest online store I visit can tell you if they have stock or not.

Second, how does the online store indicate to users that certain sizes are out stock but let you buy other sizes which eventually are actually out of stock?

Third, if you now you are short deliverying because you know do not have the competency manage inventory in your online store, why not have the courtesy to tell your customers that you will not deliver in full? Why make people further frustrate themselves by trying to male contact via methods which you do not have resources to manage adequately like the call center or email support?

At the end of the day, this has been my worst Online Shopping experience by far!
