Worst online store

Placed my order on the 25th January for delivery the next day only to get an email on the day of deliver saying that they are unable to deliver my order and I should expect it the next day.

Therefore I expected my order today the 27th, called the call center and they advised that my deliver will be delivered today. Called the call center again at around 19:00 o ly to be told that the online store is closed and I would not get my order.

I ordered items for my child's birthday which is tomorrow the 28th, very frustrated with the service.

I will not purchase anything from Woolworths going forward rather purchase from Checkers, their delivery is fast and they offer client satisfaction.
