Worst Online Shopping Experience - order missing

I am highly annoyed. I paid the R35 extra to have my order delivered earlier. Yesterday I called the call centre twice - once at 9:30am and once at 5pm - both ladies promised my order would be delivered yesterday. It wasn't. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. The order is not to be seen on the tracking link either.
