Worst Online Shopping experience ever

Worst online shopping experience ever. Few weeks back i placed an online order that was delivered a day later than my chosen slot. The food sell by dates on mots items had passed. I had to complain. On the 24th of March i placed an order and selected the 26th March for a delivery slot. I called today top follow up on my order dlivery and i was told the system pushed it to the 16th April. When i placed an order and selected the delivery slot it accepted. I spoke to Norma who told me all of this today 26 March and she said to me her Manager will call me back in 15 minutes. it has been over 2 hours with no call. i called again and i was on hold for 23 minutes before somebody decided to drop my call. im still on the line again its been 20 mins still waiting.
