Worst Online Shopping experience!

Worst online shopping service! The order is 3 days late and I still have no idea where it is or when it will arrive. Its been “out for delivery for 3 days”. The online team l says they will call back and never do. I have now spoken to 4 people, tweeted & DMd for 3 days and still no one responds. They will not give you a waybill no so you can contact courier yourself. Complete contempt for online shoppers
