Worst online shopping ever

Decided to try Woolworths online shopping, since I had a surgery and cant drive. Worst experience ever. The website is promising giving an opportunity to choose when you want to have your products delivered. But turned out its fancy for nothing. I ordered on the 4th Oct and delivery date was the 8th Oct. Till today I'm waiting. They don't respond emails. Their courier guy called at 6 in the morning yesterday the 10th There was hope. You won't believe still no sign. I've dealt with such small companies that are excellent with delivery. Woolworths is just a mess.
