Worst online shopping

Lets talk about the worst online shopping experience ever. Unable to track my order, R70 for delivery, one is given options when your food should be delivered. Ordered at 11am earliest slot was between 2pm and 5pm. 3pm now still no order. Asked to cancel, it can only be cancelled once the order is scanned in at the shop again. Im in canal walk but my order gets prepared in adderly street, I tried the pick up option but non of the stores in my area have stock of food.
