Worst Online service ever

<p>My wife purchased wine online a few days back. To date we have not received the items. I spend everyday 15 minutes on the phone to be told we dont have stock. No one comes back with feedback. I asked them to call me back or send a sms to inform me what is going on. To date no feedback only people that dont know what is going on. </p>
