WORST ONLINE SERVICE DELIVERY IN HISTORY!

The worst service I have ever "received" or not received should I say! Pathetic Woolworths online delivery is a joke !! Ordered a few items online for ease of convenience and one item delivered was damaged - it took over 3 weeks to collect the item - and first response was that they are waiting on the warehouse - so I should go instore and exchange- then what is the point of ordering online in the first place! I hope you go out of business- useless online "service delivery!! Clearly you are not worried as your food stores do well but your online store and delivery SUCKS!!!!!!
