Worst online purchase customer service!

They don’t even deserve my one star to start with. I ordered items on the 24th of August as a click and collect to Middelburg,Mpumalanga and the order was delivered in Middelburg ,Eastern Cape. I waited for the order to be returned to the warehouse on the 6th of September as I was told if I do not collect it on the 6th of September they will be taking the order back at the warehouse of which I called them first before the 6th to request a refund and was told they will refund me once the order had been accepted at the warehouse,trust me even now I’m waiting for my refund. If I do not contact them they also go mute on me,yesterday,the 16th of September i contacted them only to be told I will get my refund within 21-30 business days- I have never been this ****es in my life!!!! How is it that I have to run after you guys so I can get my money whereas the parcel was returned on the 06th of September? I always have to run after you guys for my own money R418 is a lot of money,trust me I am never shopping for you ever again and I’m taking this to Facebook as well. My numbers are *** and my email address is *** make sure I get my refund before the end of today ,our relationship ends here !!!!
