Worst online experience

Online shopping with you is the worst. I ordered something, and it just never arrived. I eventually get a response from your team to say "Oh, it was the wrong area, so your order was cancelled." But you still took the money off. I requested a refund, and I am still waiting. It's been 3 weeks of this?! Pathetic honestly.
