WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE

I made an online order on the 9th changed my address and contact details countless times with different consultants only for them to continue delivering at the wrong address and again delivering at the wrong address. It's the 30th of Jan I still do not have my order!!!! I have wasted over R200 airtime on the phone and sending emails with ZERO assistance. GRANT, Sindi and Imaada could Not assist me all 3 managers!!!
