Worst horrific and shocking service

I was at the festival mall branch on the 18th April 2020 were I bought the Woolies 6pack fruit juice blend of which from the shelves it stated R43.99 item and discount on this for Wreward card holders to R26.01 and there's a standard promo of R70.00 for 2 normal purchase.

I know how completed these promotions get when an individual does not understand, I took the liberty to ask their staff members before even getting at the tills and they explained it according to my understanding (as it's written)however things changed when I got to the tills. The cashier said it's only store cards that get the R26.01 deal. I even went and took a picture of the nearest shelve with the promo and showed it to her that it stated "Wrewards" not store card but still she insisted.

Well it seems like some of your staff members are tired or there's no clear communication in the store or chain. I lost 2X6pack plus some change due to the *********** staff who was not even willing to get an opinion from her senior.

What tops it all is their complaint centre doesn't seem to be working or entertained
