Worst Gateau experience

On the 15th of May 2020, I bought my wife her favourite triple layered Chocolate Gateau at the Carlswald Woolworths. This was the most disappointing experience as the cake was very dry, not sure if that was the Covid effect but the cake had a best before of the 20th of May - so not sure why the cake was so dry. Please liaise with the supplier as this was not a please to expirience and what we come to expect from Woolworths.
