Worst First Experience

Firstly I doubt that anybody will read this but I am seriously upset with the service that I received with my new account that was approved and so called ready for collection and numerous calls I never complain or send emails like these but this was the absolute last straw for me I App**** for a store card and and the whole process was seamlessly until I got a call saying that my card is ready for collection @ any store So I started from 14:00 15 October 2019 went to WW festival mall kempton park to collect and the ladies there where helpful too my ID and said not a problem I can get a temporary card or go to greenstone end get one printed , so I went to Greenstone There I waited and once again said I can not get a card as only a temporary card is available so sure think got a piece of paper and said I may use this as my card for 30 days Firstly I saw my address was captured wrong so obviously I will need the correct address as my card will be delivered to me right .....wrong!! Anyways went to the new WW close to home with my temporary card and took a few things and at the cashier Again could not use this temporary card "Piece of paper"So the store manager said I can not use this, This is just crazy Now Im standing with a full trolley and what NOTHING 3 different WW stores and not one wants to help me , But very quick to let me get an account I need answers wasted my time driving from one store to another and not once did anyone say that I need to wait for the physical card not once not even the consultant on the phone doing the application Seriously what is going on , I got so mad I called the customer service line and behold she tells me that only now that I can not use the temporary card Tel me how does this work???? But you are quick to give out accounts and help but when it comes to client satisfaction there just isn't any of itGo and look how many complaints is on hello peter and start owning up and fix the issues , If I had to work like this I would be out of a job and company long ago And PS I didnt even mention half of it......
