worst expierence ever

We believe in earning our customers' trust and respect by acting responsibly both inside ,that is what woolworths stands for ,now tell me why I left your store crying ? The manager Esmerelda and cashier Naeema ,humiliated me infront of other customers upon returning an item I bought the day before as it did not fit ,this was the worst expierence in my life ,an apollogy won't even fix what was done to me .<br> I sent emails ,not even one person dare responded to me .
