Worst experience with Woolworths online

Worst experience with the online delivery of my order. Firstly I got delivered the wrong item, and Iv had to call customer support 3 time for them to assist and provide feedback. I was then told to go return the incorrect item for a refund. Why is it my responsibility to rectify this problem. So disappointed
