Worst experience ever at Woolies

The most awful service ever at Woolworths Mall of Africa. Melia is unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. As I got to her till I noticed her lack of a smile. I greeted her and mentioned to her how unwelcome she makes me feel. She said oh sorry. You would think that would get her to change her attitude, not Melia. Proceeded in the same unfriendly manner. As she concluded my transaction I said Thank you. No word from her. Wow. Shocking...... appalling.... wolies staff are always such a pleasure to interact with. She is the total opposite of my experience at any Woolworths store.
