Worst experience ever

Woolworths Canal Walk Had the worst experience ever. To simply make a payment for a lay-bye. I was told I can't use my ID to make payment firstly and then I was told they don't accept card payments for the lay-bye only cash I then had to withdraw cash pay for bank charges to withdraw money and all that was said to me is "that's how we do things here".

Worst customer service ever.
