Worst experience at Woolworths Rand Steam

I have had the worst experience at Woolworth Rand steam today. I went there to grab something to eat during lunch time, I was made to stand there for the entire lunch period while they were authenticating my card. The issue is that on my card the title is written in Afrikaans. I have been using the same card for about +- 7yrs, even bought stuff at the same store with my card. While I was standing there, starting to believe that I am the ******** that they made me out to be, I was called to give my personal details on the phone to the lady who's name I didn't get. I asked her if she wants me to send documents to prove that my card is not *****ulent, she made me stand there on a call to answer questions and later said I must send the documents. I have been using woolies for more than 5yrs, with the same card that they have issued to me and have never experienced that kind of trauma and embarrassment.
