Worst experience

I've had a very unpleasant experience at your woolworths jhb Harrison street this afternoon. Your cashier by the name of Monica is rude and does not have customer service experience skills. She's rude and just angry. I mean we are all going through this pandemic, but there's no need to be mad and be rude to your customers. Its uncalled for and unacceptable!
