Worst experience

I made a purchase at Woolworths in Durban west street ,the item I had purchased was R160 when I took it,however when I got to the till to make a payment cashier told me that due to vat increases the item will not be the same price,the vat didn’t just affect Woolworths only but they were supposed to change the price of the item before I even make an payment. I find this very disorganized,so many sectors or retail stores were affected but they had prepared for this to avoid such issue,the vat issue is not a woolworths issue however it is an economic issue but to be advise by cashier that the price will increase is not professional.This is very bad for Woolworth image.
