Worst delivery company ever

If there was 0 that is exactly the number of stars I would give your delivery company, I have been getting smses that my order will arrive before 5 pm for 3 days straight and nothing is happening. Theres no communication whatsoever as to why my order has not been delivered. I even called and no one is able to help me, I am leaving for Eastern Cape today and because of you my children dont have Xmas clothing. I even emailed your complaints department and till I have not received any feedback
