How long does one have to struggle to get a paid up letter on a loan from you guys? NO ONE answers phone calls and a person can forget about getting a reply via email from you people. Why do you even have contact details? My aunt paid up her loan account weeks ago and now we have to beg for the paid up letter. No reply from you people, big surprise there. PATHETIC.
