WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY

Absolutely pathetic service!!! I ordered stuff online as a gift for someone on the 30th of December and to date it has not been delivered. It was initially supposed to be delivered on the 31st but because the driver was late it was scheduled for the 4th of Jan. To date NOBODY from woolworths has contacted me, I am unable to get through to them as it puts me on hold and eventually cuts after 15mins. I do not expect such pathetic service from such a reputable company. Its disgusting as they do not put the customer first, they just take your money!
