Worst Customer service experience at Woolworths Maponya mall

Used my id document to complete application for cc but can not pick up card with same id worse customer service experienced at Woolworths Maponya mall request you to drive up and down with compensation. This experience will most certainly leading to the closure of my accounts and will spread the word of this bad customers services Woolworths Mapoyna mall financial services have different customer service standards -NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!
