WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I can’t each begging to express how disappointed I am with Woolworths online shopping as well as their customer services call centre. It has been a month of going back and forth with *********** consultants who gives zero ****s about customers centric needs.

Every time I call it is the same story. Address and cellphone number has been updated. I have never had requested for my cellphone number and address to be updated. I am not happy with thier customer service. No accountability, people are not bothered I am less impressed with thier services.

I need for my order to be delivered before next week. I have since ordered on the 19th December 2025 and to date my order is not delivered.
