Worst customer service ever

Woolworths Balfour park... What a disgusting customer service offered at Woolworths balfourpark by the lady called "thuliswa"...i went there with my brother to complete his account only to find this rude lady called "thuliswa" at customer service counter

Failed to explain Or assist us because in her mind we were just junkies Or **********,turned us away until i insisted we go back n we found different consultant who explained different thing with a will to assist us

Such a degrace interaction with being treated like a **** with no supervisor/manager available
