Worst customer service ever

I mostly do online shopping and receive my parcels with Woolworths Zambezi junction. When items are not in your order they don’t notify you, you realise when you’re home unpacking that certain things aren’t there and the other thing is that they mixed up my orders instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me the wrong items! I am never shopping with Woolworths online I would rather be in shop and deal with them in person! Also when they have ti refund you back your money of items not in stock they don’t!!! I am seriously going to lay a charge on this
