Worst Customer Service Ever

i had a terrible experience last Saturday at Woolworths, the glen. I have never been that humiliated before. They sold me a Telkom prepaid airtime(home) when i wanted mobile. Flatly refused to exchange it because \it was your fault". I will never set my foot there again. I was told i should have specified i wanted heita instead of home airtime"
