Worst customer service and experience from a store manager

Woolworths Mamelodi Crossing,worst customer service ever from store manager named Lephina.I am highly pregnant and was looking forward to shopping for my baby.She came without greeting us and went on to say my family and I are making noise and blocking the way of her customers and her customers are complaining.I then proceeded to ask if customers are complaining,she said yes.She was very disrespectful,rude and really humiliated us in front of her staff.I feel very disappointed especially at the level of bad treatment and attitude of customers.All customers should be treated with care without **************
