Worst customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve placed an order on the 19 th of December. My final delivery date was on the 27th. I never received my order. After 2 days and 10 calls to customer services and promises to escalate the matter I STILL HAVE NO FEEDBACK REGARDING MY DELIVERY! the customer services ladies keep saying they’ll escalate and call back but NO reply
