Worst customer service

I bought glasses and coffee mugs online ........some were never delivered and some were broken and I’ve called them several times. The last time I called they said someone had to make me a voucher...... it’s been over a month of calling them and getting empty promises. I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received from what use to be one of my favorite retailers when it comes to service. Judging from other reviews I made a mistake by purchasing from Woolworths online which will never be repeated
