WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Their service is absolutely horrible! The worst customer service. They take forever to respond back with regards to complaints and don't fulfill their promises. It's been continuous emails back and forth about the same thing and still no feedback! This is unpleasant to the point where I no longer want to support them.
