Worst company service

Woolworths is making my life a living nightmare. I had an account with the company but due to unforeseen circumstances I go under debt review and I paid all my debts and I received clearance letters stating that I am paid up but to this day woolworths has not removed my name from the credit bureaus my status is showing that I have not paid the company for more than a year now and this making me appear as a delinquent and irresponsible person who is incapable of taking care of my responsibilities and the worst part of it all this is not the first time complaining about this issue I need them to remove the adverse information and it seems they are clearly are not willing to remove this information from my credit report .I have sent email,I have sent proof of paid up letters since last year but to this date nothing has changed I am still listed as owing the company,I am at a loss as to what to do next.
